Eligibility : 

Bachelor Degree from a recognized Indian University in any discipline/Bachelor’s degree of any foreign university (Approved by AIU, New Delhi) or who will be appearing during the academic year 2011-12 are eligible to apply.

Admission Procedure:

Admission for merit seats is based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and the performance in Common Entrance Test (CET) / Situation Test/ Personal Interview. Final admission will be processed on the basis of CET – 60%, Qualifying Exam - 20%, Portfolio and Interview - 20%.

CET exam consists of General Ability Test (GAT): 30 marks, 1hr Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability, English Comprehension, & General Knowledge. Creative Ability Test (CAT): 70 marks 1hr 30minutes

Certain seats are reserved for NRI/ Management Quota. They need to come for a personal interview at Satyam Fashion Institute with prior appointment.

Scholarships:

• Free Education in first year for those who scores maximum points in “ VAIBHAV” Art & Design competitions conducted by Satyam Fashion Institute
• 15% Scholarship during 1st year for those who won 1st Prize in any of the items of “ VAIBHAV” Art & Design competitions conducted by Satyam Fashion Institute
• 10% Scholarship during 1st year for those who won 2nd Prize in any of the items of “ VAIBHAV” Art & Design competitions conducted by Satyam Fashion Institute
• 5% Scholarship during 1st year for those who won 3rd Prize in any of the items of “ VAIBHAV” Art & Design competitions conducted by Satyam Fashion Institute
• Merit Scholarship – 10% of the fee for those having 80% and above in qualifying exam.
• Sister Concession – 10% of the fee if two real sisters are studying and either of the two would get the concession
• Satyam Staff – 10% of the fee to the daughter/ real sister of the SFI staff

Students need to carry the following at the time of admission:

• 10th Mark sheet and certificate
• +2 Mark sheet and certificate
• Graduation or any other qualifying exams’ certificate and marks sheet ( only if she is a pass out)
• Age proof certificate
• Nationality proof certificate
• 7 color passport size photographs.
• Transfer certificate
• No objection certificate / Migration certificate in the case of other State/Country
• Co-curricular and extracurricular activity proof certificates
• Medical certificate
